Terella — Support

Terella is a living globe of public measurements. Turn the planet with one finger, tap a country for detail, and use the layer controls to move between news tone, climate anomalies, wind, rain and clouds, hazards, air, ocean currents, migration, earthquakes, hot spots, aurora and launches.

Before you write

The opening country is wrong or did not change. Location is optional. Terella asks only for approximate foreground location and uses one reading on your device. If permission is declined, unavailable or slow, the standard globe opening is used.
A layer is empty. Some layers depend on current measurements and can be legitimately empty. Check your connection, return to the layer once, and allow a few seconds for its first download.
A red country does not mean it is unsafe. The news layer measures the tone of coverage written about a country, not the country's condition.
Clouds do not move continuously. The cloud shell is the latest available satellite observation, gently advanced with measured mid-level wind to keep its age visible without pretending it is a live camera.
